To keep a strong gene pool I need to keep many cats here. This breed is allowed to outcross to domestics, the first generation all look like domestics, we call them TRC , short for Tennessee Rex Carriers. Unfortunatly most litters have TRC in them and if not retained for the program they need homes. Some who are retained will have only one litter then are spayed/nuetered (altered) and can find homes. Some full Tennessee Rex (TR) dont make it for the program or the shows and then they also need homes. Or are retired show cats. Some are bred and then altered. Adoption for adults is just the cost of the altering plus transportation to you. I am willing to hand carry cats by AIR for expenses.
